LOCK SLEEVE can be developed based on customer supplied details and tube samples, and requires the following information for a more accurate
design.
- Tune material dimension, dimensional tolerance and thickness.
- location of the joining, (which may cause stress such as vibration or torsion to the connection point)
- Physical or thermal manipulation on the joint (bending or brazing)
- The refrigerant used in the system
CODE INFORMATION
A.I.N Tech will calculate and design the most suitable LOCK SLEEVE based on the customer provided information. In addition, we will supply
accurate LOCK SLEEVES by drawing and code management to check tube dimensions and tolerances.

PERMISSIBLE AREAS OF APPLICATION
- Operating pressure: *PN (Normal Pressure)=25 bar (362.5 psi), up to 50 bar (725 psi)
- Test pressure: PP (4xPN)=100 bar (1450 psi) up to 200 bar (2900 psi)
- Temperature range: -50°C Up to 150°C (-58°F Up to 302°F)
- Tube wall thickness: 0.5mm to 1.5mm
- Tube diameter :1.6mm to 16mm
